Project Description:
CHELMSFORD- LOWELL- WESTFORD- CONSTRUCTION OF THE BRUCE N. FREEMAN MEMORIAL BIKE PATH
Work for Phase I will begin at the Lowell/Chelmsford municipal limits and continue 6.8 miles through Chelmsford ending just over the Westford town line. The construction will include lane striping, earthwork, landscaping and other items incidental to the construction of the bike path. Construction is expected to take two seasons.
