Project Description:
NEWTON- BRIDGE PRESERVATION, N-12-032, HAMMOND STREET OVER THE RAILROAD
The work under this Contract consists of the rehabilitation of the Hammond Street Bridge over the MBTA Green Line (Highland Branch) in the City of Newton. The work includes the removal of concrete fill from the steel grating deck with bottom sealing plate. Work also includes the removal and replacement of the 3/8” Flex-O-Grid overlay with a modified hot mix wearing surface.
